The BCAA has recently published new airworthiness certification and approval guidance on its website.

Currently Emergency Locator Transmitters (ELTs) for Bermuda registered aircraft are coded to Bermuda, using Bermuda code 310​.

The BCAA permits the operation of Bermuda registered aircraft with copies of BCAA issued certificates on board for a duration of four (4) weeks from the date the certificates are issued.
